My Recent Work

Every small business is unique, but the broader challenges you're coming up against have probably been faced down before by a fellow entrepreneur. Take a look at some of my clients, and the stuff we've worked on together, and you might find some issues that sound familiar, as well as, hopefully, some solutions that sound like they might be just the ticket...

The InHouse Group

Whilst building a new website, InHouse decided to start using Intercom. As they’re a small team, they needed to be able to support their customers on the go, or even offer support when no one was there to help! They got in touch wanting some help with configuring Intercom, but also set up some automated chatbots to make sure their customers were being guided through the website, easily booking viewings of properties, or getting in touch about selling their own property.

Paul had a website built in Shopify, all ready to go. He had a good social media presence, and had been directing people to sign up to emails to hear about the launch. He had signed up for Klaviyo, but didn’t know where to start with automations and his email marketing experience was limited. As a new business, keeping costs down was vital, so he planned to do his email marketing himself.

Hello Coach

Hello Coach have three different types of user accessing their platform:

  1. The individuals who signed up.
  2. Users who have a business account, who could register multiple users.
  3. The life coaches themselves.

They had different features available to each type of user and so they needed a way of creating an onboarding experience that was relevant, depending on the user, as well as customer support.

Amir first reached out asking for help with automating some of his team’s work. He wanted to keep his staff focussed on the personal element to selling, as opposed to the admin – like booking, changing times, or even cancelling viewing appointments or valuations.
